As we expand into Central Asia, we are looking for a strong Business Development Manager to lead growth in Uzbekistan.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and grow our presence in the Uzbek market. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, local market knowledge, and experience working with B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Uzbekistan

Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers

Represent Spectacular.ae in meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts

Work closely with the Dubai team on project planning and execution

Track sales performance and report on pipeline and results

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
Requirements
-
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B)

Strong understanding of the Uzbek business environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in Uzbek and Russian; English is required

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented

Experience in exhibitions, events, marketing, or construction is a strong advantage
