The first weeks of March brought significant changes to the exhibition calendar across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. As events were postponed and schedules shifted, many companies faced uncertainty.
At Spectacular, we chose to adapt.
Over the following three months, our teams delivered more than 3,000 square metres of exhibition space across Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Morocco, and Egypt, ensuring our clients continued to receive the same level of service, quality, and reliability they have come to expect from us.
Delivering Across Borders
While our Dubai operations slowed temporarily, our teams remained active across Central Asia, Azerbaijan, and North Africa.
In Uzbekistan, we delivered projects at Innoprom 2026 and OGU 2026, supporting exhibitors and government organisations participating in two of the region’s leading industry events.
In Azerbaijan, we completed one of our most significant projects of the year: a large-scale pavilion for the Government of Saudi Arabia at the World Urban Forum 2026 in Baku. Delivered on schedule and to the highest standards, the project showcased our ability to execute complex international assignments in new markets.
Our teams were also present at GITEX Africa in Марокко and GITEX Kazakhstan, continuing our support for exhibitors across some of the fastest-growing business events in emerging markets.
Beyond these projects, our international network delivered exhibitions and event environments in Hong Kong, Nigeria, Россия, and Египет through trusted local partners who share our commitment to quality and execution.
Built for Change
In total, more than 3,000 sqm. of exhibition space was produced and delivered across five countries during a three-month period.
These projects were not completed despite the challenges facing the market. They were completed because of our ability to adapt quickly, mobilise resources internationally, and continue supporting clients wherever opportunities existed.
For us, resilience is not a statement. It is an operational capability.
Dubai Is Moving Again
Today, the Middle East exhibition industry is regaining momentum, and our teams are once again actively delivering projects in the UAE.
This week, we are proud to be building the Portugal Pavilion at WoodShow Dubai 2026, marking the beginning of what we expect to be a strong second half of the year across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and beyond.
The message is simple: exhibitions are moving forward, and so are we.
